support@vaulted.app — a person reads it, and you will get a reply.
How the clues work. Enter a four-digit code. Each digit comes back marked:
a filled green disc means right digit, right position; an amber ring means the
digit is in the code but somewhere else; a dim mark means it is not in the code
at all. Every clue is a fact — no guesswork, no partial truths.
Duel is two players. Arcade is four. In both, everyone gets the same
code, and the first to crack it wins. The match ends the moment someone opens
the vault; in Arcade, the first two to crack it take the paid places.
Blitz is different — seventy-five seconds, and the question is how many
vaults you can open, not how few guesses one takes.
The Daily Vault is the same code for everybody in the world, and resets at
midnight UTC. Only your first run counts.
Locked formats open as you level up. Levels come from playing.
Coins are used to enter matches. They cannot be cashed out, sent to another
player, or exchanged for anything outside the game.
Running out. If you cannot cover the cheapest table you are given a free
float, and it comes back every hour. You are never locked out.
Buying coins. The + beside your balance. Prices are set by Apple in your
own currency.
Something did not arrive. Coins are credited after Apple confirms the
purchase. If the app lost its connection at the wrong moment, reopen it — it
retries automatically and the purchase is never credited twice. If it still has
not landed after that, write to us with the date and amount.
Restoring purchases. Coin packs are spent when they are bought, so there is
nothing to restore. The Restore purchases button in the Store is there for
anything else that has ever been bought on your Apple Account.
Signing in is optional. Without it, progress lives on this device only. Sign
in with Apple to keep it across devices.
Cannot sign in? Check you are signed in to your Apple Account in iOS
Settings. The app tells you what went wrong under the button — if it says
something you cannot act on, send us that message.
Deleting your account. Profile → Settings → Delete account. It removes
your account, coins, statistics and history immediately, and cannot be undone.
Scores already on a leaderboard stay there without your name.
Press and hold their row on any leaderboard and choose Report or Block.
Under VoiceOver the same actions are on the rotor. Reports are read by a person.
Every clue carries a shape as well as a colour, and reads out under VoiceOver.
Text size, Reduce Motion and Increase Contrast all follow your system settings.
If something is unusable for you, tell us — that is a fault, not a preference.
